Jane Reynolds grew up in East Africa. and the strong colours, lights and textures of the Continent continue to shape her work .
Formal training was at St. Martin’s school of Art in London, followed by further training in Paris
Arriving in New Zealand in 1980 with her family, she joined the Keirunga Artists group and with them attended many summer schools in Wellington and Auckland which further developed skills in colour and composition .
She has held several solo exhibitions here in the Bay, and in Wellington , Auckland ,and overseas .
Jane also exhibits in local and award exhibitions .
